Hmmm, interesting, I just posted earlier today about EFT and here is a new article from the EFT Newsletter about how EFT works with the Law of Attraction. Hope you enjoy this article.
________________________________________________________
Hi Everyone,
In this 7 part series, EFT Master Pat Carrington delves into the complexities of the Law of Attraction as depicted by the DVD and book known as "The Secret." The Law of Attraction (LOA) has tremendous appeal but most people just can't seem to harness it in their favor. This series will tell you why it can be so difficult and how EFT is the essential ingredient to making it work. Indeed, EFT may well be The Answer.
Hugs, Gary
Part 1: The Starting Point
By Patricia Carrington PhD, EFT Master
Part 1: The Starting Point
You may have heard of, or seen “The Secret”, the popular movie that is being sold as a DVD, and its companion book of the same name. Based on a concept known as the Law of Attraction, the DVD is a runaway best seller that has already been featured twice on the Oprah Winfrey show and many other major television shows.
Many of those who learned about the Law of Attraction from the pioneering work of Abraham Hicks in this area, consider the impressive success of The Secret as a sign of a change in consciousness occurring in our world today, one which they hope will bring us to a more enlightened stage of evolution.
There are some grounds for concern about The Secret’s startling success, however. This is because the movie neglects to mention certain pieces of information that must be known for the method to be fully successful. If The Secret is not used correctly it cannot fulfill the promises made in its name, and if this happens the public could easily conclude that they “have tried that idea and it doesn't work,” an attitude which could have very undesirable consequences for a concept that is, at the very least, worthy of serious consideration.
Actually, EFT may turn out to be a powerful aid to The Secret, because what is omitted from the movie is a viable method for changing a person's vibrational frequency. Yet it is clear that a means of changing one’s energy frequency must be used with The Secret or it cannot work. An energy intervention is therefore necessary if one is to apply the concepts of “The Secret” successfully. To explain why, I will refer to the book, “The Secret”.
This book is described by its authors as giving details of the concepts expressed in the movie that were discarded on the cutting room floor when the movie was edited. Of necessity the director had to select only certain portions of the original footage so that the film would fit within a certain time frame, and the book claims to have reinstated much of this information. For this reason, I will consider the book to be the authoritative source of information about this concept.
Here, in essence, are the main principles of The Secret as described in the book:
The Law of Attraction is based on a premise that “like attracts like, "so that when you think a thought, you will also be attracting like thoughts to you.
Thoughts are said to be magnetic, to have a frequency of their own. As you think, your thoughts are sent out into the universe where they magnetically attract all like things which are on the same frequency. In short, everything sent out returns to the sender –– oneself.
The authors liken each human being to a human transmission tower transmitting a frequency by means of their thoughts. Therefore, if you want to change anything in your life, you are advised to change the frequency of your energetic signals by changing your thoughts.
Inherent in this idea is the concept that your current thoughts are creating your future. What you think about the most and focus on the most will, according to the theory, appear in your life. As the book puts it, "your thoughts become things"; they become your reality.
It is clear that the authors are not just talking here just about the words you use to speak to yourself, although these are considered very important, but also to the feelings that accompany your words. The latter are seen as strongly influencing your basic energy vibration.
This idea reminds me of the EFT Discovery Statement, which states that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”. The additional suggestion in The Secret, however, is that your energy vibrations radiate outwards, acting much as a tuning fork might, to bring about similar vibrations in the universe. When we strike a tuning fork, objects at a distance from that fork will start to resonate at the same sound frequency as the fork itself (provided they contain certain similar ingredients). These new objects will have been "entrained” by the vibratory rate of the original tuning fork.
The book describes your thoughts as magnetic forces that attract back to you the same frequencies that you are sending out.
I won’t take time here to discuss the value of the Law of Attraction, although this would make an interesting discussion, but consider the implications of viewing reality this way.
It is clear that, seen from this perspective, thoughts take on a tremendous importance that we have not previously granted them. The Law of Attraction implies that the vibrational frequency we radiate is of the greatest importance to our life. Not only do we feel deep distress when this frequency is discordant, but it is said that we will attract into our lives an outer manifestation of this same type of distress, as the same negative frequencies that we radiated out to the Universe are now reflected back to us.
If this is so, obviously we would want to do everything within our power to change our negative frequencies to positive ones, and do so continuously. Only in this way could we avoid attracting negative consequences and bring about desirable ones.
Changing our negative frequencies to positive ones is certainly a good idea, even if we were not to accept the basic premises of The Secret, but there is a missing ingredient in The Secret that raises a question. This ingredient is the all-important "how to". The question we need to ask is: How do we go about changing a negative frequency to a positive one?
Obviously simply deciding that you are not going to emit a negative frequency or that you want to send out a positive one, won’t achieve the results you desire. I am reminded of the relevance of Gary Craig's concept of "tail enders", those nagging inner contradictions that we so often have in the back of our minds when we express a positive thought –– the doubts and nay- saying that can easily negate our conscious positive intentions. Tail-enders can defeat any effort of ours to switch frequencies.
In neurolinguistic programming (NLP) terms, we are all too often not “congruent". That is, we don't agree 100% with what we ourselves are thinking or feeling, we don't fully believe it. The fact is that if we don't reach for something with one hundred percent of ourselves, we are not likely to get it.
Consider this…
If you were to send a positive signal into the Universe and at the same time unwittingly send out a negative signal at the same time, an interference pattern would be created with one signal tending to negate the other. At best, the positive signal would be ineffective and no particular identifiable effects would be seen. At worst, the negative signal might be stronger or more frequently emitted, in which case it would exert an overriding influence. In such a case, no matter how much you thought you were sending out a positive signal because that is what you had consciously tried to create through positive thinking, the negative signal would attract negative consequences.
In order to be an effective “attractor” therefore (bring to yourself what you believe you are asking for) you would need to be free of inner contradictions about the issue at hand. But of course this is easier said than done. There may be deep negative patterns influencing your life which involve core issues that must be handled before your vibrational frequency, the energy that you radiate outwards, can change. Only when these core issues have been cleared will you be able to send unambiguous positive signals to the Universe.
Fortunately, however, those who know EFT can use it to change their vibrational frequencies with respect to many spheres of their lives. Sometimes negative energy will be immediately replaced by a rush of positive energy, resulting in what Gary Craig calls a One Minute Wonder. At other times, patience and persistence will be required to bring about a major energy shift, but the payoff can be tremendous.
EFT is by definition a means of accomplishing a major shift in energy by eliminating our negative emotional reactions. However, it can also be used to create positive vibrations directly. This is an EFT application that interests me greatly, and I have recently been writing about it on this website.
It is interesting to note that the EFT self-acceptance phrase, "Even though I have (this problem), I deeply and completely accept myself." actually targets the level at which we vibrate. What more powerful means could we use to change our essential energy level than to deeply and completely accept ourselves? This is a positive suggestion which, over time, could create fundamental changes in our self image that might well alter the type of energy that we radiate outwards. When at the same time we tap on the Meridian endpoints, our energy systems can now vibrate at a different rate and emit a very different signal than before. If, on a practical level, we want to find a way to combine EFT with the principles expressed in The Secret, what then might that be?
Aside from its all-important use to eliminate troublesome issues mentioned above, there are several ways to use EFT directly to switch our energy toward the positive, and do this very quickly. I will be talking about these in my future articles in this series.

Using EFT With "The Secret”

Emotional Freedom Technique: "It often works where nothing else will."
Since I've been working with the Law of Attraction, I've been doing a lot of reading and learning. I mentioned earlier, I've also done other reading and work in Personal Development and spiritual studies. But of all the techniques and processes I've come across, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) has got to be the easiest and most practical technique available.
Emotional Freedom Technique was developed by Gary Craig. It utilizes the same concept of the accupuncture energy system of meridians within the body, but without the needles.
And it works on a lot of issues.
To quote from the EFT website:
Based on impressive new discoveries regarding the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has been proven successful in thousands of clinical cases. It applies to just about every emotional, health and performance issue you can name and it often works where nothing else will.
In Chinese medicine there are energy lines or "meridians" throughout the body. The meridians are lines or channels of energy that flow throughout the body. There are both major and minor lines. The energy that flows through these meridians is our CHI or Lifeforce. The more and freer the energy flows, the more vitality of our life, the more in tune with our spirit side.
One way to think of these lines of energy is like a river. When unobstructed, the water flows swiftly through the banks of the river. Add dirt, rocks, trash and other debris then the river is blocked and the flow encounters resistance to free flowing. Likewise, when our meridians or energy lines get blocked with negative thoughts then the energy flow is restricted in our lives. Hence our disharmonious aspect of our life.
There are two components to using EFT. One is verbal to get us in tune with our emotional release and the other is physical to facilliate the process. The verbal component is a set-up phrase, to get your mind in tune with the emotional blockage within our system and a shorter reminder phrase as you go through the process. The physical component is tapping you finger on certian points of the face and body that help loosen or dislodge the blockage within the meridian.
Since I started using EFT, I've had an overall calm feeling about my life. I've used it to get rid of headaches, worry, relieve stress. EFT is being used by therapists and healers to accomplish many other reliefs as well such as back pain, anxiety, phobias and fears, it also helps some people to stop smoking and many more. It can even be used to implant or anchor in positive emotions.
Best of all, the EFT has a free website. There is a free introductory training manual to download and learn the basics, a free newsletter (sometimes I think the newsletter is too frequent) and for those who want to develop more of the skills with this wonderful technique I highly recommend getting the DVD packages: # 1 "The EFT Course" and # 6 "Borrowing Benefits". Additional DVD sets help therapists and other health practioners learn additional techniques for more specific issues.
At least check out the Emotional Freedom Technique website. You can get the free manual and subscribe to the newsletter by clicking here.

Another reason to be thankful today
My children's mother decided to worry about the living arrangements that my children and I are living in currently. I'm not going to bore you with details, just that she worries and over exaggerates and embelishes information. /shrug BTW, I'm looking forward to the new and better living arrangements to appear.
So, we ended up in mediation. In previous mediation sessions we have worked out an agreement. Her tactic, this time appeared to be, not to agree with anything and force the decision to be made by the mediator for a recommendation to the court for the solution. Well, the mediator listened, I made suggestions and she didn't budge. The mediator invited the children to be interviewed the next day. This was about a week ago.
In the mail today I received a copy of the mediator's recommendation. In short, I get to keep the kids on the current schedule we have arranged and the living arrangements are acceptable.
That's great news. I'm grateful that the kids will continue to see me and stay over night 3 nights a week. :)
I'm very happy.
I knew the universe really does see me as a good father and instrumental in the lives of our children.
I remember a quote I read in Spiritual Marketing by Joe Vitale, it is a saying that came from his healer Jonathon. It goes: "Thank you God for all the blessings I have and all the blessings I am receiving."

Today I'm thankful for...a promotion
I've been a temporary employee through a temp service with a major cable company in San Diego since January 2. After 90 days I'm to become a full-time employee with the cable company and get full benefits. Now, there are 3 levels of support techs in this department. As a contractor, I've been TECH I. To become a TECH II, I have to take a test and pass with 80% or higher. I studied the TECH II manual several weeks ago, and took a practice test last Saturday March 24 and got a 66%. I spent the weekend doing many things, but not enough time studing for the exam last Monday. I asked the Universe to guide me and help me pass the test to become a TECH II.
Today I have been offered the position as a full-time employee as a TECH II rep. I didn't even know I passed the test and here they are offering me the position. :)
I remember taking the test and easily answering many questions that I knew the answer for from experience. On questions I was hesitant or unsure of I asked "what answer should I choose?" and was inspired to answer some of the multiple choice questions. Evedentially it worked. :)

Little Sayings
Chocolate is a wonderful experience. I've been teaching my kids to savor and expeience chocolate, not just wolf it down. They are learning that chocolate has subtle nuances to different types; white, milk, dark and even the cocoa concentration. They're getting it. :)
Dove packages little morsels and wraps them in colored foil wrappers. Inside the wrappers are little sayings, some of which I'll share here below.
Take time to laugh, it's the music of the soul.
To accomplish great things one must not only act, but dream.
If you live in the present, every moment is a new beginning.

An interesting sign
In my experience and training in the metaphysical studies and now in the Law of Attraction studies, teachers indicate one should look for and see "signs" from the Universe as an indication. An indication of what? That depends on the sign and what is going on in one's life.
A little background about myself. I was adopted as an infant, born in July and brought home from the hospital in September. The name I was given at birth was Christopher Joseph Bennett. When adopted I was given another name. I've worked in some form of customer service or with the public for most of my life. Until today, I do not recall meeting anyone with the name Christopher Bennett. Hmmm. Now, that's not an uncommon name, but not meeting anyone with that name before is interesting that I would meet someone with that name after all these years.
Just a thought. Don't know what it means. Just one of those things that makes you go Hmmm.

Good mood music
One method I use to put me in a good mood and feel happy is to listen to music that is upbeat, happy and with a good uplifting message.
I made a CD of songs that I have and listen to it while I'm driving. I'm sure we've all had those moments when driving with the radio or tape/CD player on and a great song comes on that just makes us want to crank up the volume and sing along. Today, I popped in my CD and the first song that played was Higher Love by Steve Winwood. What an awesome song.
Think about it, there must be higher love
Down in the heart or hidden in the stars above
Without it, life is a wasted time
Look inside your heart, Ill look inside mine
Things look so bad everywhereIn this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see
Falling behind in what could be
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Wheres that higher love I keep thinking of?
Worlds are turning and were just hanging on
Facing our fear and standing out there alone
A yearning, and its real to me
There must be someone whos feeling for me
Things look so bad everywhere
In this whole world, what is fair?
We walk blind and we try to see
Falling behind in what could be
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Wheres that higher love I keep thinking of?
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Bring be a higher love
I could rise above on a higher love
I will wait for it
Im not too late for it
Until then, Ill sing my song
To cheer the night along
Bring it...oh bring it...
I could light the night up with my soul on fire
I could make the sun shine from pure desire
Let me feel that love come over me
Let me feel how strong it could be
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Bring me a higher love
Wheres that higher love I keep thinking of?
Of course I have other songs, but this one just really got me this morning.

Gratitude: What a beautiful day.
It is amazing how applying principles taught by the masters of the Law of Attraction, such as Jack Canfield, Joe Vitale and Bob Doyle, really make life more fun and enjoyable.
An Attitude of Gratitude
I woke up today to birds chirping and a bright, sunny morning. I've said my thanks for today that it's beautiful.
I feel good about making progress in my work and excited about becomming a full-time employee with Time Warner Cable. Our building overlooks a canyon. Rabbits, coyotes, deer, snakes, birds and more live in the canyon. Now that it is Spring, there is more activity in the area. The whole area is more alive. What a blessing.

Law of Attraction: Inspired Action
Those of us who delibertly use the Law of Attraction for creating the life we want to live, know that The Universe speaks to us through thoughts, dreams and inspiration. The past couple of months, before I was introduced to the Law of Attraction through the movie The Secret, I've been tinkering around with the idea of writing. I met an author in December and told her about my recent interest lingering in my mind about becomming a writer. She told me then follow that path. Since I watch The Secret frequently and reading ebooks from the Wealth Beyond Reason program I'm all into writing now. I've become inspired, I'm following my passion and I'm inviting you dear reader to join me on this journey.
Over all the years, I've sometimes paid attention to my inspiration and intuition. Sometimes I've been so accurate with my intuition it was frigtening to some. Other times it saved me. The worst part about the accuacy of my intuition is when I've ignored it and found a bigger challenge before me. :)
Persuing speaking and training options have been haning out in my head recently too. I guess that is a new direction that is comming my way. I've learned that one of the best ways to learn something is to teach it. So, once I get this blog, my articles and other work refined just a bit more, then I will start to promote myself as a presenter / speaker / trainer.

Affirmations and neglect.
Yikes, I've faltered in my daily practice of stating affirmations. It's been about a week or so since I was routinely stating affirmations. I got distracted by some personal issues that I devoted much time to resoving. Now that I've done my preparation work, I'm devoting more time to the practices of positive thoughts with intention of manifesting my desires.
Last night I was listening to an audio seminar by Bob Doyle and he discussed stating affirmations as good, but when you tag on a negative thought, then you reduce or eliminate the effectivness of the affirmations. With the children's mother trying to take the overnight visits away from me, I've been worried and concerned she will win. But I started to refocus on "enjoying my children overnight three nights each week as we currently do now" as my intention and found some options that will make it happen.
So, my next posting will be about affirmations and the importance of keeping a routine to enthusiastically stating them.
Until next time.

An answer to a question is manifested today.
Hey, look what happened since I posted yesterday. I wrote "...go to sleep with a smile on your face." However the quote was not completely right and today, I was unwrapping a Dove Dark Chocolate candy. Dove writes on the inside some nice little positive thoughts. The only one I opened today for lunch said "smile before you go to bed" Low and behold, I wanted to know where my kids got this idea and the answer appeared before me.
I wondered where they got the idea and the Law of Attraction manifested the answer for me.

How the Law of Attraction works: Quantum Physics
Now don't let the word physics scare you off. I didn't study physics in school. I took Chemistry in high school, Astronomy, Geology and Biology in college. That was the extent of my science classes. (I know, it's more than many people, but I still didn't take physics.) But physics is the science of the physical. Since manifesting wealth, abundance and things this is the science we found to be most appropriate. This relationship was discovered on accident. I won't go into the history, there are many scientific resources that can do that and explain further this emerging science.
A basic understanding of Quantum Physics
Let's look at what things in the physical world are made up of. What you see (tables, chairs, people) is the collection of smaller parts that make up the whole of what you see. Breaking things down into units we next go to molecules, molecules are made up of atoms. Atoms are made up of subatomic particles such as electrons, protons and neutrons. These are not
physical items themselves, but little bits or packets of energy. Kind of like postcards we get in the mail. Postcards are pieces of information about locations or animals, etc.
These subatomic particles are only packets of energy, so, at the most basic level of the physical world, is in fact, energy.
Brainwaves
Through the process of developing technology that can measure our brainwaves, EEGs, have been able to see that the brain functions with electrical impulses. These impulses act or vibrate on different frequencies, which can be measured with the EEGs. The brain has different types of frequencies that we call brainwaves such as Alpha, Beta, Delta and
Theta.
Different brainwaves are predominate in different states of our consciousness. Alpha when we are in a state of physical and mental relaxation, although aware of what is happening around us, its frequency are around 7 to 13 pulses per second. Beta emitted when we are consciously alert, or we feel agitated, tense, afraid, with frequencies ranging from 13 to 60 pulses per second in the Hertz scale. Theta more or less 4 to 7 pulses, it is a state of somnolence with reduced consciousness. Delta when there is unconsciousness, deep sleep or catalepsy, emitting between 0.1 and 4 cycles per second. See how the frequencies of the brainwaves affect how our minds work.
Depending on our state, one pattern of brainwaves is more dominate than the others. But there are techniques that once learned and developed can alter you state and make that brainwave pattern more dominate.
Now that we know that everything is made up of energy and our brain operates in different frequencies let's look at how our brainwave energy patterns and those of other people and particles of physical objects are attracted to each other.
Think of music. Whether you know how to play or not, you can hear and feel the music. Music, in fact all sound, is vibrations. We won't go into how sound and hearing work, that can be looked at from other sources. Musical notes made with good tones make us feel good and are pleasing to the ears. Notes that are discordant are unpleasant to listen to and feel "weird." Like music, thoughts are those that vibrate and those that vibrate good: happy, joy, content, etc. are ones that make us feel good. Those that vibrate bad make us feel bad such as, hate, anger, guilt, distrust.
When notes are close to a vibrational frequency with other notes they are said to be in harmony. Taking this a step further, multiple good notes of music are a diddy, a song, a concert. Similarly, multiple good feelings are a good moment, a good day or a good life. As we of similar thoughts are in harmony with each other we develop harmonious relationships as friends, lovers, spouses, etc.
Keep in mind that although some notes of similar vibrational frequencies can be harmonious, they may not be pleasing to some yet may be pleasing to others.
Now these thoughts we are thinking, good or bad / positive or negative, are what we vibrate into the concert hall of the universe and the vibrational equivalent are attracted to us and we to them and hence our concert is written by us, for us.
Our different states of conscienceousness (alpha, beta, theta, delta) are always vibrating, always attracting the vibrational equivalent to us and for us. Next, we'll learn a little bit about taking control of our thoughts and patterns that will attract positive people, things and events into our lives.

Definition of the Law of Attraction
The simplest description of the Law of Attraction is:
The Law of Attraction is one of the universal laws about how things work. The Law of Gravity is a constant throughout the universe. The Law of Cause and Effect is unchangeable.
Let's use these examples to illustrate on a social level. Have you noticed that athletic people seem to hang-out together; outgoing, enthusiastic people hang-out together; ruffians and hoodlums hang-out together; the quiet and reserved people hang-out together? See like attracts like.
On a spiritual / metaphysical / mental level this "like attracts like" means that what you think, how you act, how you feel is what you "see" or experience in your life. You may not see the physical, but the essence of your thoughts is what happens in your experience. Some examples of this: You wake-up in the morning, with or without a hangover, and you bump your toe on the dresser and you think *%@!$, then go to brush your teeth and squeezing out too much toothpaste and it falls off the toothbrush and you think, "Great, what else can go wrong with today?" Then your coffee mug spills, you hit all the red lights on the way to work and once again you think "I'm having a lousy day." The rest of the day stays just as bad or may even get worse. All because you thought it was a bad day.
So, what would happen if you thought "It's a great day" when you wake-up. You listen to the birds chirping and think "Wow, this is a beautiful day." Even when the sky is overcast and may look like rain, it is still a beautiful day.
I've started this thought process recently when I discovered what the Law of Attraction is and how it works. I walk around with a smile on my face, just feeling good about life and what is happening to me. How has this affected my life? Well, let me tell you. I work in a call center for a major cable company, doing technical support. We get calls all day long. Calls come in from customers when their digital telephone, high speed Internet or television service does not work. There are easy calls to handle and fix and more complex issues that we get calls about. All day I'm thinking "I want to have a good day," "I want to have good calls." I've even thought about some of the type of calls I'd like to have/experience on some days and I get those calls. My kids started something, not sure where they got it, "go to sleep with a smile on your face."
This is all a brief and simplified definition of the Law of Attraction. It makes sense and to me it's working. I've learned a lot about the Law of Attraction recently and my personal experience with the deliberate use of the principles I'm learning, things are much better in my life. In the process of learning about the Law of Attraction, it's been shown to me that one of the best ways to actually learn something is to teach what you learn, hence this blog.
To learn more about the power of The Law of Attraction like I'm using, visit Images of One and order A Happy Pocket Full of Money to get more information about the Law of Attraction.
Next posting will discuss How the Law of Attraction works.

How it all started
I guess I've always believed in magic(k) somehow. As a little kid, I was raised Catholic when in mass I would "feel" the transubstatiation (the changing of the bread and wine into the body and blood of Christ) happen. I was always interested in the spirit world and psychic phenomenon. My mother and I had a couple of mental or psychic experiences together, so I thought it was real, since it was real for me and us.
As I grew up, I drifted away from the Catholic Church but was still spritual and beleived in magick. I became a magician. I did sleight-of-hand, prestidigitaion, magic tricks, etc. It was during this point in my life that "spiritual teachers" crossed my path and showed me, or lead me to what is now mostly known as the New Age Movement. I did some meditation, chanting, yoga, wicca, eath magick, and picked up on much information. I also came into contact with the field of personal development and books such as Think and Grow Rich, The Magic of Thinking Big, etc. There is a lot of similarity between the two. They all teach the same thing, the same information is presented in different ways to reach different people on their different paths.
Well, got to get ready for work now. Be back later.

Sharing it all
For years I've struggled with wealth, prosperity, happiness, joy, etc. Years ago I owned and operated a window cleaning service in my hometown area of Huntington Beach, CA. I thought I was doing well, I wanted success, but looking back I see some of how I sabotaged myself. I recently remembered a vision of me driving and looking at simple (at the time) $150,000.00 homes and thinking to myself "I'll never be able to afford a house like that." And now, 15 or so years later, those same houses are about $500,000.00. Hmmm.
But I've also learned that there are ways to have what I want. To get it all, happiness, prosperity, joy, etc. It's all come together now and I want to share with you this important information.
I knew there was something. I knew there was a way. I knew something needed to change and it's now come across my desk. I'm so excited about what I've learned I've got to share this with everyone so, I'm writing this blog. I'll be going in to more details about my story. I'll be sharing incidents and events as they happen or manifest. I'll probably even write about what I'm going to do and manifest. In short, I belive so strongly about what I've come across, I'm putting it all out and letting you watch, read and JOIN me. I emphasize join because it is true, you can join me. As you will see from future blogs, that I'm no one special. ( in the mundane meaning) However I have learned, actually I now accept as TRUTH, that I am special.
Stay tuned.
